Rodrigo Guerra es un filmaker local y sociólogo, que experimento la práctica del surf y su estilo de vida. Dándose un tiempo también para gráficar de manera audiovisual a playas y a gente de olas de la zona, registrando momentos y situaciones del surf del litoral central.
